    What is this store's return and exchange policy?
    We accept returns (only of non-customized items)! If you feel that your item is defective or if you have received the wrong item or if your item has been damaged during shipping, please let us know so that you may exchange it for a new item that is the same or one of similar value. However, Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

    Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
    Currently, I am only shipping within the US. Please message me directly for any international inquiries.

    How long will it take to receive my order?
    Please give 2 ~3 business days to process orders. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
    Please note that an additional 1 week ~ 2 weeks can be added to custom or made-to-order items.
